Give the equipment its correct name.
Use the visible programme, fitting and warning details to describe this particular enquiry. Leave lifting and internal checks to the assessment.
Water appears at the front
Stop the appliance when water appears and keep away from wet electrical fittings. From a dry position, describe the first visible location and the programme stage. Do not slide the machine out to find the source. Mention unusual foam or water near the dispenser; different water paths can produce a similar puddle.
A warning returns after a restart
Write down the warning exactly before doing anything else, including its letters and numbers. Tell us whether it appears immediately or after a particular stage, and mention any earlier reset already attempted. Avoid further repeated restarts. The complete model and the behaviour around the warning are needed before discussing a repair.
