Tell us when someone can provide access. Available windows may include morning 8:00–10:30, extended morning 8:00–13:30, afternoon 12:00–16:00 or all day 8:00–16:00. Your actual date and window are agreed with the team.
Before parts are ordered
A symptom and model help preparation. Inspection establishes which component is needed and whether the proposed repair is suitable. Parts and any further work are explained before you decide.
Changes and missed visits
Tell us promptly if access or your availability changes. Ask for the booking terms; an abortive call charge may apply to a missed appointment.
Remember the £10 voucher
Mention APPLIANCEREPAIRVOUCHER when booking for £10 off the total bill. If using the provider form, enter it in your request; the code is not applied automatically by this website.
