The cycle ends much too soon
Tell us how long the selected programme ran and whether the display showed completion, cancellation or an error. Record whether water entered and whether a washing sound occurred. Do not assume a short cycle is a timer failure. The sequence of operations is useful evidence for the later model-specific assessment.
Compare this observation: detergent is left in the dispenser
Describe the dispenser position after the cycle and whether the remaining detergent is dry or partly dissolved. Include loading changes and whether the wash completed. Leave the machine's safety latch intact; never operate it with the door defeated to observe spraying. The wash sequence helps establish which checks are appropriate.
Working room is restricted.
Mention the space around the equipment and anything blocking normal access. Do not drag a machine out, loosen a mounting or disconnect pipework to show the fault.
For the Swanley address
Swanley enquiries need the complete BR8 address and the actual appliance or specialist unit. The online request starts a conversation; it does not reserve a visit by itself.
Read the identity, not just the badge.
Quote the complete model and serial or service number from a safely visible label. Similar product names can hide different components. If the label is concealed, leave the appliance in place and tell us the model is unknown.
A manufacturer reference checked on 2026-10-26. Model identity does not confirm parts, stock or repair acceptance.
A useful question for the enquiry
Does “the cycle ends much too soon” establish the failed part?
No. Describe that observation separately from “detergent is left in the dispenser”. Explain whether they began together or at different times, and include the fitting detail: working room is restricted. The inspection can then consider the symptoms and safe access together.
