The fridge is warm but the freezer seems normal
Describe each compartment separately and include an existing temperature reading if available. Keep doors closed as much as practical and protect food that may no longer be stored safely. This enquiry is for accepted conventional refrigeration; American side-by-side units, compressor replacement and sealed refrigerant-system work are outside our service.
Water collects below the drawers
Explain whether the water is inside the fresh-food section, beneath the appliance or near a door. Protect food and keep clear of wet electrical areas. Do not force wire into an unfamiliar drain or introduce chemicals. Location and timing help distinguish different water paths without naming a replacement part.
